Prologic Combat-Trio 13' 4.00lb is a 3.90 m three-piece carp rod with a 4.00 lb test curve. The three-piece construction packs down to a transport length of 138 cm, significantly shorter than a traditional two-piece rod.

The blank is 24T low-resin carbon with a matte black finish and a smooth through action (moderate). The three-piece design keeps the feel of a classic blank and offers greater blank consistency than telescopic models.

It is fitted with lightweight Minima guides with an anti-frap tip ring, a full-length Japanese shrink tube handle and a black carbon line clip. Orange alignment markers on every joint speed up assembly on the bank, and marker whippings at 30 and 50 cm from the reel seat make line measurement easy, for example when fishing zig rigs.
