Savage Gear Defiance SG8 Inshore 2,59m 7-32g 2pc is a saltwater spinning rod designed for European seabass fishing along the coast. The series is built for long and accurate casts, and the action of each model has been tuned together with seabass specialists. This model is 2.59 m long, has a casting weight of 7-32 g and comes in 2 sections.
The blank is Japanese Torayca 46T carbon, reinforced with 4X Wrap V2 construction. The action is extra fast (X-Fast). Reset Accelerator technology quickly dampens blank vibration after the cast, making it easy to control the lure precisely.
The guides are Fuji SiC guides on titanium frames, the reel seat is a rubberised Fuji seat and the handle is a Synergrip carbon handle. The rod weighs 128 g and has a transport length of 1.33 m. A neoprene rod bag is included.
