Penn Spinfisher VII Live Liner 4500 is a saltwater spinning reel with a Live Liner free spool feature for saltwater live baiting and freshwater free spool techniques. Size 4500 has a gear ratio of 6.2:1 and a max drag of 9 kg.
The body and spool are IPX5 sealed, so waves and spray stay out of the gearbox and drag. A full metal body and sideplate keep the CNC Gear system in precise alignment under heavy loads, and the main gear is brass.
HT-100 carbon fibre drag washers are housed in the sealed spool and provide stopping power for big saltwater fish. The reel runs on 5+1 sealed stainless steel bearings, and the handle can be switched for right or left hand retrieve.
