Penn International 70VIS Two-Speed Silver is a USA-made two-speed lever drag conventional reel built for heavy use. Size 70 has gear ratios of 3.1:1 and 1.5:1 and a max drag of 24.9 kg. The reel is right hand retrieve, colour silver.
The body and sideplates are precision machined and anodized from high-strength, lightweight aircraft grade aluminium at the Penn machining center in Philadelphia. A large stainless steel gear train provides strength and speed, and the Quick-Shift II system switches between the two gear ratios.
The Dura-Drag system gives a smooth start-up and virtually eliminates hesitation, even under extreme drag settings. The reel is completed by a Versa-Strike adjustable strike stop, a double-dog ratchet anti-reverse and Line Capacity Rings.
