Penn Battalion III Slow Pitch Jigging 6'2" max 150g is a one-piece slow pitch jigging rod that gives precise control over the jig even at depths of several hundred metres. Length is 1.88 m, action moderate and jig weight up to 150 g.
The carbon blank is sensitive and tough, and its even curve provides power for the fight. The butt section is almost stripped down, so even the slightest touch or bite is felt from deep water.
The Fuji Alconite guides are spiral-mounted and under-wrapped, keeping the rod balanced both while jigging and fighting. The reel seat is an original Fuji and the grip is EVA. The light rod is comfortable to fish for long sessions.
