The blank is high-grade 24T carbon, and the sections are joined with spigot joints, so the rod keeps a good action despite its many pieces. The light and responsive blank and sensitive tip give clear bite registration.
Saltwater-proof K-type guides reduce line tangling around the guides. The reel seat is a DPS type, and the X-shrink wrap handle gives a secure grip. The rod comes with a hard Cordura travel tube.
