Penn Regiment IV Slow Jig Casting 6'2" max 300g is a one-piece slow jigging rod for casting (baitcaster) reels. Length is 1.88 m, lure rating up to 300 g and action fast.
The true one-piece construction delivers uninterrupted feel and gives you control over your jig even at depths of several hundred metres. The butt section is almost stripped of EVA to maximise sensitivity, so you feel even the slightest movement.
The blank is made from a blend of carbon fibres with a Japanese blank design, making it light and responsive for fishing all day without fatigue. It is fitted with original under-wrapped Fuji Fazlite guides and a down-lock Fuji PSS palming reel seat. The handle is high-density EVA.
