Sølvkroken S IV SW Vega Fillet Knife 8" is a classic premium-quality fillet knife with a mirror-polished stainless steel blade. The mirror polish finish further strengthens the blade, and Vega is extremely resistant to corrosion.
Vega makes it easy to cut clean, neat fillets, and the knife can also be used for other tasks on the trip. The ergonomic handle is moulded in 3Dgel, sits well in the hand and gives full control of the blade.
The knife comes in a practical sheath with a silicone strap that keeps it from falling into the water or out of the sheath when not in use. The sheath has ventilation holes. The Vega fillet knife is available in 7 and 8 inch sizes.
