Sølvkroken S III UltraFlex Fillet 7"

Sølvkroken S III UltraFlex Fillet 7" is a classic fillet knife with a flexible Ultraflex blade in stainless steel. The blade has a black non-stick coating.

The ergonomic handle is moulded in 3Dgel. It sits well in the hand and gives full control of the blade.

The knife is supplied with a sturdy yet very light blade guard. The guard has holes so that water and moisture are not trapped inside, and it keeps the total weight low. The coated Ultraflex fillet knife is available in 7 and 8 inch sizes.
