Vector Optics Frenzy F3 22x32 SMR is a red dot sight built around rapid target acquisition without magnification. Its 22 x 32 mm window and 3 MOA dot with circle and crosshair options define how the sight behaves in practice: the dot supports precise aiming, while circle or multi-reticle options make it easier to pick up the aiming reference quickly at short distances. A red dot can be used with both eyes open, allowing the shooter to retain a broad view of the surroundings while bringing the aiming point onto the target. The intended profile is PCC, rifle and shotgun platforms, so the main advantage is speed and an uncomplicated sight picture rather than magnified detail.
The key compatibility detail is the GIN, corresponding to the C-More RTS / STS standard. The mounting solution is GIN footprint, compatible with the C-More RTS / STS standard. Checking the footprint before installation is important because optics of similar external size do not automatically fit the same pistol plates, bases or adapters. The sight uses open-emitter, large-window design with aluminium housing. This influences both the overall dimensions and the degree of protection provided to the emitter and optical window. Once mounted, the optic is zeroed with its windage and elevation controls and the fasteners should be checked after the first shooting sessions.
Power-related and automatic features include solar support, side-access battery and a manufacturer-stated runtime of more than 80,000 hours, while field use is supported by weather-resistant construction for active use. In practice a red dot works best when brightness, dot definition and mounting height are matched to the user and the platform. In bright daylight the aiming point must remain easy to see, while in low light excessive brightness can bloom and obscure a small target. Brightness and, where available, the reticle mode should therefore be matched to the light and target size. Before final installation, verify the correct plate or mount, screw length and clearance around the firearm controls.
