SWAT-T Tourniquet Black is a flexible multi-purpose tourniquet designed for control of severe extremity bleeding. SWAT-T stands for Stretch, Wrap and Tuck, and its low-profile, wide elastic construction makes it easy to pack in IFAKs and first aid kits.
When used according to training and the instructions for use, SWAT-T can function as a tourniquet, a compression wrap over gauze or a securing wrap for an extremity splint. It is made from polyisoprene and is not made with natural rubber latex. Before stretching, it measures approximately 142.2 cm long and 10.2 cm wide.
