Sioen Ballistics RESTAC Plate Carrier NIJ IIIA is a high-quality tactical vest specifically designed for Finnish reservists. It provides NIJ 0101.04 Level IIIA soft ballistic protection, and the protection can be enhanced with separately available hard ballistic plates (NIJ Level III+ and IV).

The vest is made of durable Foxdura 500 PU IRR fabric and features a breathable polyamide lining. The MOLLE system allows for the attachment of accessories. The vest also includes removable, padded shoulder pads and multiple pockets.

The weight without soft ballistic plates is 1.1 kg, and with soft plates, it is 2.1 kg. The product is CE-certified and made in Europe.
