Shooters Global SG Timer GO Pocket Clip G2 is a second-generation shot timer for shooting practice. The included pocket and belt clip enables secure attachment to a belt or pocket, while the device's key settings can be adjusted without a mobile app thanks to a new additional button.
SG Timer GO uses the same smart sensor and shot detection algorithm as the manufacturer's more advanced model. The improved sensor increases measurement accuracy and filters out background noise more effectively. An adjustable sensitivity range of 1?100 enables the detection of shots from different calibers, while the adjustable volume range is 5?100.
Echo filtering and internal memory help store training data for review. The device stores and displays statistics for up to 1,000,000 shots. The PAR function allows drills to be planned and set up in advance, while Spy Mode enables the SG Timer GO shot timer to synchronize with another shot timer.
The timer also detects the sound produced by pulling the trigger during dry-fire practice. Advanced firmware enables custom dry-fire practice sequences to be programmed and saved, and clearly shows how performance compares with the set target.
The top-mounted display and simplified user interface help maintain focus during training. Primary settings can be configured directly on the timer, or drills and shooting programs can be created in the Drills app and then selected on the device. The second-generation model also features improved battery life and a water-repellent construction.
The mechanical quick-release mount provides secure attachment and quick removal by pressing the lever. The Pocket Clip holds the timer securely on a belt or pocket, keeping the display and control buttons easily accessible during training.
