Savotta Valjas 3-Piece Belt Pad M05 is a three-piece belt pad set designed to improve the comfort, fit and stability of a battle belt. The configuration includes one pad for the back and two for the sides, allowing the set to be adjusted for users of different sizes. The positions of the pads on the belt can be freely selected, and the back pad can be left out entirely if necessary.
Each pad section features three flat, 60 mm wide belt loops. They fit most thick, rigid belts measuring 45–50 mm in width. Each belt loop has a D-ring for attaching a harness, and the design is intended for the Savotta Valjas H-harness and Valjas EX-harness.
The body-facing side of the pads is made from rubberised friction fabric, which helps prevent the belt from rotating or moving up and down. This improves equipment stability and wearing comfort while on the move.
The lower edge of each pad features one six-channel row of PALS webbing. The PALS attachments of pouches pass through both the belt and the pad, binding the components into a secure assembly. The most stable result is achieved by using a belt equipped with PALS webbing, such as the Savotta Valjas system Utility Belt or Combat Belt.
For a lighter pistol belt setup, Savotta recommends the narrower Slim Belt Pad from the Valjas system.
