PANNELTAC Horizontal TQ Belt Sleeve (TQBS-1) is an elastic tourniquet pouch that attaches to a belt using Velcro fasteners.

The pouch is designed to be positioned as close as possible to the belt buckle, while still allowing the use of the belt adjustment strap. The pouch also provides a solution for storing excess strap length.

Made from 100 mm wide elastic webbing, which is NIR-compliant. The pouch is simple and streamlined, with no additional clips.
