MDT Oryx Chassis ARCA Rail - Full Forend Length is an ARCA rail that mounts under the forend of the MDT Oryx chassis and runs its entire length. It lets you attach the rifle directly to an ARCA-Swiss tripod, bipod or other support gear.
Most tripods use the ARCA-Swiss system, so the rifle attaches to the tripod head without a separate adapter. The full length rail gives plenty of room to position the attachment point, which makes it easier to find the balance point, for example when shooting from a tripod on uneven ground.
The rail is made of 6061-T6 aluminum with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized finish that stands up to repeated mounting and removal.
