Magpul MBUS Pro Sight - Front, Hooded is a steel, hooded flip-up front sight designed to provide a diopter-style sight picture when paired with the MBUS Pro Sight - Rear. This solution speeds up sight picture acquisition and reduces glare, while the compact, low-profile design minimizes snagging during heavy use.
The steel construction and QPQ nitride finish provide excellent wear resistance and corrosion protection. The front sight's height adjustment is tool-less, and the flip-up front sight post offers two width options: Standard 1.52 mm (0.06") for maximum visibility and Match 1.02 mm (0.04") for more precise shooting. When folded, the sight's height is 10.9 mm (0.43"), and when deployed, it aligns with standard AR sight height.
The hooded design naturally guides the eye to the focal point and reduces reflections, clarifying the sight picture. Locking detents securely hold the sight and adjustment knob in place both when deployed and folded, and the compact steel construction facilitates deployment and stowing on the move. Compatible with the MBUS Pro Sight - Rear, which features a dual-aperture and windage adjustment, forming a diopter-style sight system. Made in the USA.
