The KynSHOT RB5007 is a hydraulic recoil buffer for 9 mm pistol caliber carbines (PCC) with a Mil-Spec carbine buffer tube (7" / 177.8 mm internal depth). Developed in collaboration with Blitzkrieg Components, it installs as a direct drop-in replacement for the standard buffer and works with any standard buffer spring.
The buffer is optimized for firearms with a barrel length of 3.5-7.5" (approx. 89-191 mm) when unsuppressed, and it works with all common 9 mm ammunition. Its weight and length are balanced so that the bolt stops just behind the bolt catch. According to the manufacturer, felt recoil is reduced by up to 30%, muzzle rise is minimized and follow-up shots are faster.
The RB5007 is also compatible with A5/AR-10 buffer tubes (7.75" / 196.9 mm internal depth) when paired with the KynSHOT Spacer Weight (R1505098). No spacer weight is needed with a CMMG radial delayed blowback system. The body is made from 17-4 stainless steel.

Sized for short-barreled 9 mm carbines, the RB5007 calms bolt movement and speeds up follow-up shots.
Note: For a carbine buffer tube with a CMMG radial delayed blowback bolt carrier group, the manufacturer recommends the RB5000HP. For suppressed PCCs and barrels of 8" or longer, the RB5015HD is intended. The RB5007 can also be used with an A5 buffer tube on an AR-15 (.223/5.56), but the manufacturer asks to be contacted before such use.
