Geissele Airborne Charging Handle 5.56 (ACH®) is an ambidextrous charging handle made from durable 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Its design allows smooth operation from both sides of the firearm.
The levers are ergonomically shaped and feature a textured surface, improving grip especially when wearing gloves. Additionally, the levers are designed to be low-profile, reducing the chance of snagging on gear.
The ACH's raised rear lip helps to mitigate gas blowback to the shooter, particularly on short-barreled and suppressed firearms. All components are finished with Type 3 Hardcoat anodizing, enhancing durability and wear resistance.
