Delta Stryker HD 5-50x56 DLS-1 is an SFP riflescope designed especially for long-range target shooting, F-Class and other precision disciplines. Its 10x zoom range of 5-50x, 56 mm objective and very fine DLS-1 reticle make it a model focused on precise aiming at small targets at known shooting distances.
The DLS-1 reticle is located in the second focal plane, so its apparent size remains constant when magnification is changed. DLS-1 is an MRAD-based reticle whose subtensions are calibrated at 40x magnification. An illuminated centre dot helps define the aiming point without making the fine reticle unnecessarily dominant.
Adjustment is exceptionally fine: one click equals 0.05 MRAD, or 5 mm at 100 m. One turret revolution provides 5 MRAD of adjustment. Total elevation adjustment is 30 MRAD and windage adjustment is 15 MRAD. ZeroLock helps keep the elevation turret setting controlled.
Parallax adjustment runs from 10 m to infinity, which is useful on shorter training ranges as well as for long-range shooting. Eye relief is 89-100 mm and field of view is 7.1-0.7 m / 100 m. ED glass, anti-reflective coatings and the manufacturer-specified 92 % overall light transmission support detailed image quality at high magnification.
The scope uses a 34 mm main tube and is nitrogen filled to prevent internal fogging. The manufacturer specifies shock resistance up to 6500 J. Length is 398 mm and weight is 1100 g, so this is clearly a precision-oriented scope rather than a lightweight general-purpose model.
The package includes a battery, objective sunshade and ocular and objective lens covers. Reticle illumination is powered by a CR2032 battery.
