Daniel Defense Mil-Spec Receiver Extension 6-Position

The Daniel Defense Mil-Spec Receiver Extension 6-Position is a six-position mil-spec carbine buffer tube for AR-15 carbines. It is the part the adjustable stock attaches to and inside which the buffer and buffer spring operate. The six locking positions allow the length of pull to be adjusted, for example to suit clothing and shooting position.

The tube is made from 7075-T6 aluminum and is Type III hard-coat anodized to protect the surface from wear. The 29.2 mm (1.15") outside diameter matches mil-spec dimensions, so the tube accepts mil-spec adjustable stocks.
