Axem Gas Tube Kit Mid-Length Roll Pin SS is a spare part for the AR-15 platform, a gas tube kit designed for mid-length direct impingement gas systems, made of stainless steel, delivered ready for installation and includes a roll pin for attachment. The kit is intended for building and maintenance, aiming for reliable gas flow and compatibility with standard AR-15 components.
Precise dimensions and pre-bent shape ensure that the tube aligns correctly between the gas block and the bolt carrier group's gas key. Stainless steel withstands heat and fouling, helping to maintain operational reliability even during extended firing sessions. The included roll pin makes installation straightforward, and the parts fit standard AR-15 specifications without additional fitting.
The mid-length size is standard in AR-15 systems, offering balanced gas intake relative to barrel length and port location. The tube's outer diameter is the typical 4.57 mm (0.180 in), and the overall length in the mid-length standard is approximately 29.8 cm (11.75 in). The kit's SS construction provides a natural, maintenance-friendly surface without additional coating, and the roll pin is standard-sized for AR-15 gas block attachment.
