Parachute Caddis Hi-Viz dry fly The Parachute Caddis Hi-Viz dry fly by Superflies is a carefully developed parachute hackle caddis pattern, designed with the involvement of Jasper Pääkkönen. This fly is shaped to resemble a real caddisfly as closely as possible and is also known in Finland as the Nyblom Caddis or more familiarly as "kädäri".
The body material of the fly ensures excellent buoyancy, and in the Hi-Viz version, the fluorescent green wing enhances visibility in the water. The fly is tied on a high-quality Daiichi 1280 hook, making it one of the best dry flies in Finland.
Superflies' Jasper Pääkkönen meticulously refined our parachute hackle Caddis pattern for a long time. Now the deer hair is trimmed to shape, and the fly is as close to the form of a real caddisfly as possible. It is, of course, one of Finland's unequivocally best dry flies, commonly referred to as the Nyblom Caddis or more familiarly as "kädäri".
