Nelli has certainly become familiar to everyone who has followed the pike fly fishing scene in recent years as a real hit color. We do not know the origin of the name, but Nelli's definition could loosely be described as some kind of combination of pink and brown, copper, gold, or similar. Our view is based on the contrast of bright fluorescent pink and fairly natural brown, with a few sparkles added of course. Many consider this specifically as a "big fish color" – in our use, however, a good number of pieces have also accumulated. Tied to none other than our trusted pike hook, the Partridge Universal Predator X.
