Superflies Glue Larva with Gold Bead is a fly designed by the Finnish national fly fishing team, which is part of the basic selection of a fly box. This bead-headed glue larva is particularly popular among world champions and is often used in the rapids of Central Finland at the beginning of the season.
Large and heavy larvae are ideal for use in high water as the main fly in a nymph rig, for example, paired with an Orange Tag or Red Rib Killer. The fly is tied to a Hanak H450BL Jig Superb jig hook and equipped with a tungsten bead, which increases its weight and sinking speed.
