Westin Gunnar The Goby 8cm is a new addition to Westin's legendary swimbait family. This highly realistic design mimics goby fish, which are common prey for zander and perch in European rivers and lakes. Gunnar is compatible with all modern bottom fishing techniques used in zander and perch fishing.
The Gunnar The Goby jig is available both as a ready-to-fish (R2F) version and as separate bodies (LB models) that can be rigged as desired. It is recommended to use Westin's stand-up LT jig heads, tungsten jig heads, or floating jig heads when fishing near the bottom. The Gunnar jig can also be used in a cheb rig with an offset hook or simply in a dropshot rig, allowing for a slow presentation near the bottom, mimicking the typical swimming motion of a real goby fish.
