Shimano Engetsu BB 6'9" 40-150g Casting 1+1pc baitcasting rod is specifically designed for sea fishing and light Tai Rubber techniques. This rod offers an excellent combination of sensitivity and performance, making it ideal for cautious predatory fish along the coast and in currents.

The rod blank is made of High Modulus Full Carbon material, reinforced with Hi-Power X construction to reduce twisting and provide proper lure action. The sensitive TAFTEC Alpha tip transmits lure movements and cautious bites clearly, and the soft midsection smooths out jerks during slow lifts.

The rod features Fuji SiC K-type guides, mounted spirally (spiral wrap) to minimize twisting and improve rod action. The Shimano X reel seat is suitable for small round or baitcasting reels, and the EVA split grip handle provides a comfortable grip during fishing.
