Savage Gear LT Sandeel and Seeker Pouch is a Limited Edition sea trout kit containing 10 line thru lures in special colours, supplied in a Savage Gear Roll Up Pouch. The kit brings together three Savage Gear sea trout models in two sizes each: the 3D LT Sandeel, LT Zerling and LT Seeker.
All lures in the kit use the line thru design: the line runs through the lure and the hook is tied to the end of the line. When a fish is hooked, the lure slides up the line, so the fish cannot use the weight of the lure as leverage to throw the hook.
The 3D LT Sandeel imitates a sand eel and swims in a gentle S-curve with its head slightly raised. The ABS body and internal weight rod support long casts, even in the wind.
The LT Zerling is a slim, knife-blade shaped sand eel imitation made from light zinc alloy. On the pause it starts to roll away from the line, imitating a fleeing baitfish.
The LT Seeker is a leaf-shaped lure designed for long casts, even in windy conditions. It has a lively action, and on the pause it sinks with 360-degree rotations.
The Roll Up Pouch keeps the lures organised while fishing from the shore and fits in a wading jacket pocket.
