Patriot Deep Diver Large – a diving planer designed for trolling lures deep and to the sides of the boat. This traditional diving planer allows reaching depths that are challenging to achieve with trolling weights alone.

The Patriot Deep Diver features an adjustable release mechanism, whose sensitivity can be set to trigger when the target fish strikes the lure or during the fight. Additionally, the weight at the bottom of the diving planer is adjustable, enabling the lure to be trolled at a distance of 1-4 meters from the side of the boat.

When directed straight downwards (in the 0-position), the 105 mm Deep Diver can achieve a lure depth of over 15 meters. For example, with a 0.40 mm line and a trolling speed of 4 km/h, and 25 meters of line out, the estimated trolling depth is 8-12 meters.
