Norolan Pike Spoon Weedless 8cm / 16g - is a weedless spoon unlike any you've seen before that will revolutionize the world of sport fishing baits. It continues the tradition of the Finnish Norolan Light Spoon series which was chosen as the pike lure of the year by the prestigious Finnish Erä magazine! The Pike Spoon received strong recognition in Erä magazine and won the head-to-head comparison. Like all Norolan lures, it is handmade in Finland.
-The lure is heavy in the air but light in the water
-As a result, the Pike Spoon casts far
-Due to the lens in the middle, the lure is light in the water
-The colorful and translucent lens transmits and reflects light from the surface and attracts fish
-Weed protection and lightness make it possible to fish in shallow spots that would not be possible with normal lures
-Strong action in the water
-Pause the lure and it will sink with a swinging motion, which effectively mimics the sinking of a wounded prey fish to the bottom.
-Thanks to its thicker-than-normal structure, the lure "sounds" strong to predatory fish underwater, so fish sense its movement with their lateral line from far away.
Tips for use:
-Use pauses between retrieves to trigger the fish to strike
-During pauses, the Pike Spoon sinks with a swinging motion, which effectively mimics a wounded prey fish sinking to the bottom
-Pauses let you get closer to the bottom
-Hold on to your rod - the pike's reflex strike when you start retrieving again will leave no one cold!
-Add interest to the action by varying the retrieve speed
-Adjust the weed guard about 5 mm further out than the hook point
-Use a suitable leader with the lure
