Fenix HM61R V3.0 1800 lm is a USB-C rechargeable headlamp and multi-purpose light for users who value powerful illumination, reliability, and a practical design. The light combines a long-range spotlight, a CRI 90 floodlight with natural colour rendering, and a red light. With a maximum output of 1800 lumens and a beam distance of 195 metres, it is suitable for a wide range of outdoor activities as well as maintenance, installation, and inspection work.

The spotlight produces a long, precise beam, while the even CRI 90 floodlight is suitable for close-range work and examining details. The high CRI value, or colour rendering index, helps colours appear natural, supporting accuracy in technical and visually demanding tasks. Thanks to the combination of spotlight and floodlight, the same light provides visibility both at long range and up close.

The light features three red light output levels and a flashing mode. Compared with previous solutions, the red light is up to 93 percent more powerful, helping to preserve night vision, reduce glare, and limit light spill into the surroundings. The red light is suitable for reading maps and tasks where preserving night vision is important.

Fast USB-C charging works with standard USB-C cables without the need for a proprietary cable. Unlike a magnetic charging connector, the port does not collect metal particles or iron dust that could weaken the charging connection. The internally water-protected charging port provides a stable and reliable charging solution even in demanding use.

Thanks to its detachable design, the light works not only as a headlamp but also as a handheld flashlight and work light. The magnetic base allows the light to be attached to a metal surface without having to hold it by hand, while the stainless steel belt clip makes it easy to use as a handheld light. The light can also be mounted on a helmet with separately available mounting accessories.

The power source is the included Fenix ARB-L18-4000 lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh. If needed, the light also operates with two CR123A batteries, so power can be supplied with alternative batteries when charging the rechargeable battery is not possible. An intelligent memory circuit turns the light on in the last-used lighting mode, the lockout function prevents accidental activation, and intelligent proximity dimming reduces brightness at close range and restores it as the distance increases.

The body is made of A6061-T6 aluminium and finished with wear-resistant HAIII anodising. The IP68-rated construction is completely dustproof and waterproof, and the light withstands drops from a height of 2 metres. Fenix lights are tested in the manufacturer's laboratory according to the ANSI/FL1 standard. The product has a five-year warranty, and the battery has a one-year warranty.
