Devold Nansen Wool High Neck Grey Melange is a classic high-neck wool sweater named after the Norwegian explorer Fridtjof Nansen. In 1888, Nansen became the first person to cross Greenland, wearing Devold wool clothing.
100% pure new Norwegian wool provides natural insulation and temperature regulation. The sturdy wool is breathable and retains its warming feel during extended wear.
The high neck provides additional protection around the neck. Comfortable ribbing at the cuffs and hem helps the sweater retain its shape and reduces cold air from entering between layers.
A fibre fineness of 32–36 microns creates a strong, traditional knit. In size L, the sweater weighs approximately 840 grams, reflecting its substantial wool construction.
