NosiLife

Craghoppers' NosiLife technology provides an effective defence against biting and irritant insects. The built-in insect repellent technology helps reduce the risk of bites, making it an excellent choice for travel and outdoor adventures. Additionally, the garments incorporate odour elimination technology to keep them fresher for longer. NosiLife uses a renewable, plant-based treatment with the active ingredient Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated and cyclized. This treatment lasts for the lifetime of the garment.

• Dual technology - true insect repellent and built-in odour elimination
• The active ingredients are plant-based and from a renewable source
• Low toxicity chemistries
• Both benefits last the lifetime of the garment
• Due to the mode of action, insects are unable to build up resistance to the active ingredient

NosiLife is effective against the following insects:

• Mosquitos
• Red ants
• Midges
• Fruit flies
• Dust mites
• Fleas
• Ticks*

*Tick disclaimer: The technology is an effective repellent to ticks, and the fabric is tested by an independent third-party testing facility. Due to the nature of ticks, it is essential to cover any exposed skin with insect repellent clothing or lotion and ensure that the ends of trousers are tucked into NosiLife socks and all other openings are securely closed. While NosiLife reduces the chance of being bitten, you must still ensure that all uncovered skin is treated with an insect repellent lotion or spray.
