Nordmax Dual Lithium Battery

Nordmax Dual Lithium Batteries - are the new generation of Dual BMS lithium batteries from which you can simultaneously draw power for both starting your boat and for electronics. Nordmax batteries are lightweight and extremely efficient; a 12V 110Ah battery is equivalent in power to over a 200Ah lead-acid battery or almost a 200Ah AGM battery, which weighs about 35kg, but this battery weighs only 11kg. Finally, you get a powerful, durable, and lightweight starting battery to which you can connect all your boat's electronics, from gauges, lights, plotters, to fish finders. You don't need two separate batteries for starting and electronics; you can handle everything with one and the same battery. Nordmax lithium batteries are also excellent for electric outboards on small boats.

You can charge Nordmax lithium batteries with, for example, Victron's BlueSmart IP65/IP67 chargers, the most popular of which is the Victron BlueSmart 12V 17A IP67 waterproof metal-cased lithium battery charger that you can install permanently in the boat.

• Parallel connection is allowed, but note that the batteries must be charged to the same voltage before connecting. 
• You can install a Victron Orion intermediate charger between the starting battery and the bow thruster/electronics, but you must set the Victron to cut off at the correct voltage level or to charge only when there is charging from the outboard motor.
