Garmin Heavy Duty Transom Mount

Garmin Heavy Duty Transom Mount - is designed for easily mounting a compatible 4-, 8-, or 12-pin transducer to the boat's transom, ensuring excellent echo results even at high speeds. The included splash guard reduces splashes hitting the compatible transducer when the boat's speed is high.

The transducer can also be installed with this mount on the boat's step, where the transducer's position can be adjusted to be parallel to the water surface. In this case, the mount does not increase the boat's resistance. When using this installation method, the transducer is not in the water, so it does not track the bottom when the boat is planing.
