Wiley X Saber Advanced Grey & Clear & Light Rust - Matte Tan is a ballistic protective eyewear set that includes three interchangeable lenses: Grey, Clear and Light Rust. The semi-rimless matte tan construction, adjustable telescopic temples and an alternative elastic strap make these glasses a versatile choice for eye protection in a range of activities.
Saber Advanced is a model that helped establish Wiley X as a pioneer in protective eyewear. It combines functionality, durability and wearing comfort. The adjustable telescopic temples help tailor the fit to the wearer, and depending on the intended use, the temples can be replaced with the included Saber Advanced elastic strap.
The 360-degree adjustable metal-core nosepiece adapts to noses of different sizes and shapes. The semi-rimless design provides a wide field of view, while NVG compatibility enables use with night vision devices. The construction is designed to provide comprehensive eye protection without compromising comfort.
The three lenses allow the eyewear to be adapted to different lighting conditions. The Grey lens reduces glare in bright light and attenuates all colours evenly, maintaining natural colour perception. The Clear lens provides high light transmission and accurate colour recognition, making it suitable for low-light conditions, low morning and evening light, cloudy weather and indoor use.
The Light Rust lens filters out most blue HEV light waves, which are a major cause of glare and haze. The lens enhances contrast in medium- and low-light environments. All three lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection.
The protective eyewear meets ANSI Z87.1+, MIL-PRF-32432(GL), EN.166F and 308T requirements. Prescription lenses can also be fitted using a separate PTX prescription lens insert. A suitable optical partner can be found through Wiley X's dealer locator.
