Swarovski Z8i 2.3-18x56 is Swarovski's flagship scope for stalking and low-light conditions. Its large 56mm objective lens combined with the Z8i series' 93% light transmission makes this scope surprisingly bright. Thanks to the 8x magnification, the lower end of the zoom window is 2.3, making it suitable for shooting at shorter distances as well.
Swarovski Z8i scopes have a 30 mm main tube. You can easily mount the scope on top of any firearm. The Z8i scopes have also invested a lot of development work in the functionality of the light unit. The light point switch is on top of the scope at the eyepiece. The switch has separate day and night modes, both of which can be adjusted steplessly according to the hunter's preference. A nice feature is that the Swarovski Z8i scopes turn off the light point when you lay the weapon on its side or set it upright, for example, in a hunting stand. The light point automatically turns on again when you pick up the weapon in a situation. A clearly battery-saving handy feature.
