MDT LSS Gen3 Worker Kit is a lightweight, compact, pre-configured aluminum chassis for Tikka T3 and T3x rifles with a short action. It weighs only approx. 1.5 kg and is designed as a reliable, easy to carry and simple setup for hunting and moving in the field.
The short forend has polymer side panels that keep it slim while improving grip and temperature resistance. The compact CCS buttstock mounts to the Carbine buttstock interface, has an adjustable soft rubber buttpad, and length of pull is adjusted with spacers. The grip is an Elite pistol grip.
The Worker Kit shares the core LSS Gen3 features of the other kits: AICS magazine compatibility, aluminum V-block bedding, an ambidextrous magazine release, M-LOK for accessories, an integrated barricade stop and compatibility with AR-15 style grips and an M-LOK thumb shelf. Its simple layout suits beginners and experienced shooters alike.
As the chassis is modular, the stock and grip can be upgraded later, or the forend replaced with, for example, a full-length ARCA forend.
