Marttiini Fileting Knife Martef -The blade of the Martef-coated filleting knife cuts eagerly, is slippery, and almost frictionless. The blade is made of stainless chrome steel, and the protective Martef coating makes cleaning the blade easy, just a rinse is enough.  

Marttiini Fileting Knife Martef 6" -The filleting knife's textured rubber handle and finger guard ensure a firm grip on the knife in all conditions. The 6" or approximately 15cm blade length is best suited for filleting fish weighing about 1 kg. The knife is also an excellent tool for many other kitchen tasks.
