Holosun HM3X is a 3x magnifier designed to be mounted behind a rifle red dot sight. It improves target detail and supports more precise aiming at medium distances, while the flip-to-side mount allows the magnifier to be moved quickly aside for 1x use.
The HM3X provides 70 mm eye relief, a 7-degree field of view and +/-3 diopter adjustment. This allows the image to be focused to the user's eyesight and the magnifier to be positioned ergonomically behind the sight.
The included ambidextrous QD mount is compatible with both absolute co-witness and lower 1/3 heights by using the included spacer. Elevation and windage adjustments are used to centre the magnified image relative to the primary red dot sight.
The housing is aluminium, the internal optics are nitrogen-filled to reduce fogging, and the manufacturer specifies an IP67 protection rating. The HM3X uses no battery and has no reticle of its own; it simply magnifies the view of the target and the sight positioned in front of it.
