HikMicro T16 Trail Camera

HikMicro T16 Trail Camera is a 4G-enabled trail camera for monitoring wildlife, feeding sites, trails and other observation areas. The camera combines fast triggering, discreet infrared night imaging and remote control through the HIKMICRO Sight app, allowing images and videos to be reviewed without repeatedly visiting the camera location.

The T16 captures native 6 MP images and supports UHD image downloads on request at up to 24 MP resolution. Video can be recorded in Full HD with audio. In burst mode, the camera can take one, two or three images for each detection. Daytime images are recorded in colour, while two 940 nm infrared LEDs enable discreet black-and-white recording at night.

The fast 0.4-second trigger speed helps capture animals as soon as they enter the monitored area. The PIR sensor detection range is up to 25 metres, and the selectable 60° or 100° field of view makes it easier to adapt the camera to narrow trails, feeding sites or more open terrain.

The integrated SIM card and 4G connection allow photos and videos to be sent remotely. Through the HIKMICRO Sight app, users can manage camera settings, check camera status, monitor data usage, configure file transfer settings and browse recorded material. Data packages can also be purchased through the app.

When the camera records image sequences, they are shown in the app as a GIF file. This makes it easier to quickly review what happened in the situation. All images and videos can also be transferred in HD quality directly from the device to a computer using a USB cable.

The camera is designed for long-term outdoor use. The 64 GB internal storage reduces the need for a separate memory card, and the IP66-rated housing protects against dust and rain. The camera operates in temperatures from -20 °C to +55 °C. Power can be supplied by 12 AA batteries, four 18650 batteries or an external 12 V power source.
