Gerber Suspension NXT Multi-Tool

Gerber Suspension-NXT is the modern evolution of the classic Suspension multi-tool. The best features of the original model have been retained, but the tool has been redesigned for everyday use: a slightly slimmer size than before, a pocket clip and a more focused tool selection make it an ideal companion for commuting, weekend trips and hobbies alike. The smaller size does not, however, mean compromising on professional reliability – the tool also withstands more demanding work.

Suspension-NXT contains 15 tools designed to serve a wide range of users. The classic butterfly opening mechanism brings the spring-loaded needle-nose pliers quickly into use, as both handle halves fold to the sides. The spring-loaded jaws make working considerably easier – the hand does not have to constantly squeeze the handles closed, but the grip can be released naturally.

In addition to the pliers, you have standard pliers, wire cutters and a stripping tool for handling wires at your disposal. The combination edge blade combines a plain and serrated section in the same blade, so it adapts to both precision cutting and cutting tougher materials. Scissors handle more delicate work.

There are four screwdrivers: a Phillips and a large, medium and small flathead. The combination covers practically all common screw types encountered at home, work or on outings. A can opener, bottle opener, awl, file and measuring ruler round out the package and make the tool truly versatile.

All tools lock firmly in place during use, so the tool cannot accidentally fold in the middle of work. A sturdy pocket clip allows the tool to be carried deep in a pocket or on a belt, keeping it always within reach without taking up extra space.
