The knife features an ergonomic PROFLEX™ rubber handle, providing a good grip and comfort during use. The blade length is 15 cm, making it suitable for precise filleting, and the total length of the knife is 26 cm. The knife weighs 150 grams, making it lightweight and easy to use.
