Delta Titanium HD 1-6x24 4A-S is a 1-6x riflescope particularly suited to driven hunting and other hunting situations where fast target acquisition is important. Its key strengths are a 35.6 m field of view at 100 metres, an illuminated 4A-S reticle and a weight of only 490 g.
At 1x magnification, the wide field of view helps the shooter track moving game and aim quickly. The 6x top-end magnification provides additional precision for longer hunting distances. Eye relief varies from 86 to 104 mm depending on magnification.
The 4A-S reticle is located in the second focal plane and has an illuminated centre dot. According to the manufacturer, the illuminated dot measures 8 MOA at 1x magnification at 100 metres. The apparent size of the reticle remains unchanged as magnification is adjusted, keeping it easy to read especially at low magnifications.
According to the manufacturer, the optical system provides approximately 92 percent light transmission. The construction is nitrogen-filled and waterproof. Delta specifies impact resistance up to 6500 J, so the scope is designed to withstand use on hard-recoiling hunting rifles as well.
The click value is 0.25 MOA, one turret revolution provides 24 MOA, and total elevation and windage travel are both 80 MOA. Low capped turrets reduce the risk of accidental adjustment. The scope is 256 mm long, has a 30 mm main tube and weighs 490 g.
Delta Titanium HD 1-6x24 4A-S is a hunting-focused LPVO where the wide 1x field of view and traditional illuminated 4A-S reticle are especially useful in driven hunts and other fast situations. The 6x top-end magnification also makes it useful for normal intermediate-range hunting shots.
