Vision Coast Outfit is a fly fishing set developed specifically for coastal fly fishing for Baltic Sea trout, but it can also be used versatilely in other fly fishing situations. This pre-spooled and ready-to-fish package includes a rod, reel, fly line, backing and leader.
The set’s four-piece Coast rod features a powerful medium-fast action, providing the performance and control needed for coastal fishing. The rod is equipped with an aluminium reel seat, a full wells handle and a fighting butt.
The outfit includes a Hero die-cast aluminium reel and a HERO COAST fly line. The line has a 9.5-metre slow-sinking SloMo taper section and an integrated running line, creating a functional line setup designed for coastal fly fishing.
The reel is spooled with a generous amount of 9.1 kg (20 lb) backing, and the package includes a suitable 2.74-metre (9 ft) leader. All components are supplied pre-spooled, so the outfit is quickly ready for fishing.
For transport and storage, the outfit is packed in a protective Cordura rod tube with a reel pouch. This keeps the rod and reel together and protected during transport and storage.
The outfit provides a ready-to-fish solution assembled from compatible components, rather than requiring you to spool it yourself. The powerful four-piece rod, aluminium reel, slow-sinking fly line, and included backing and leader make it a practical package for coastal fly fishing.
Recommended use: particularly suitable for coastal fly fishing for sea trout and for anglers who appreciate a pre-assembled, easy-to-transport and versatile fly fishing outfit.
