Scientific Anglers Volantis SH Floating shooting head is specifically designed for fishing sea trout and other predatory fish that hunt near the surface or just below it. This shooting head was developed in collaboration with Flyfish Europe and SA, and has been thoroughly tested by experienced Scandinavian sea trout anglers.
The Volantis SH Floating shooting head is compact and efficient, loading rods quickly with minimal casting effort. It cuts through the wind effortlessly and turns over all types of flies. A bright colored marker helps identify the back of the shooting head from a distance or in low light conditions. Additionally, its braided monofilament core remains supple in cold conditions.
