Scientific Anglers Absolute Series tapered leaders are made with patented copolymer blends designed to dramatically reduce water absorption into the material while maintaining the suppleness of the leaders to achieve good knot strength. The knot strength of the Absolute series nylon tapered leaders and tippets when wet is 29% higher than their previous leader material and up to 40% higher compared to competitors. The leaders are delivered in a paper-based package that is 100% recyclable, and all materials, such as inks and the product window, are fully biodegradable.
