Rio Steelhead/Salmon Tippet leaders are nylon lines specifically designed for fly fishing for salmon and steelhead. Being slightly stiffer than conventional nylon line, Rio Steelhead/Salmon Tippet leaders are at their best with slightly larger flies.

Rio Steelhead/Salmon Tippet leaders are stronger in abrasion resistance than traditional nylon, which provides security especially when fishing in rocky areas. Due to its greenish color, the leader blends better into the water and does not disturb fishing.
