Rio InTouch Skagit Mow Tips - interchangeable tips are unique special tools for salmon fishing. There are many sinking tips available, but Rio has developed special tips where the base floats and the tip sinks. So you no longer need to use an extremely short, fully sinking tip if you want your fly just a meter below the surface. The floating base of the MOW tips makes casting easier and you don't have to change your casting rhythm so radically according to the tip.

Rio InTouch Skagit MOW Tips - interchangeable tips are manufactured in four different classes: Light, Medium, Heavy, and Extra Heavy. In Light tips, the sinking part is T8 and they are intended for use with lighter, under 475gr Skagit lines. In Mediums, the sinking part is T11 and you can use them with 475-575gr Skagits. In Heavies, the sinking part is T14 and they work best with over 575gr lines. The sinking part of the Extra Heavy tips is T17 and they are designed for over 675gr Skagits.
