Guideline ULS 3D+ shooting heads are designed for single-handed spey casting, which you need especially in tight spots where there is no room for a back cast. You can cast underhand just as you would with a two-handed rod, but you do it more easily with lightweight single-handed gear! These lines are great tools for smaller salmon rivers and trout streams where you have to cast far with your back against the bushes. The powerful taper ensures good turnover even with larger flies, although the line is relatively light.
Guideline ULS 3D+ shooting heads are available as a floating version and in four different sink rates. All lines have factory-made loops at both ends, making changing the heads and attaching the leader as quick and easy as possible.
